Water-based, transparent gel that contains tiny glass beads. The base will dry glossy and transparent. Perfect to create special backgrounds or 3D effects. 3D water-based varnish which creates a waterproof surface (when dry). Wait until completely dry before applying another coat. Product is not frost resistant.
