This poor secretary! It was in decent shape when I bought it, but unfortunately, it took a tumble (twice) & made some issues worse than they were! 

It's a pretty cool piece even with the issues (the fold out doesn't quite shut tightly two drawers are a little tight, etc), but it will be priced accordingly!
