Customize this amazing island! These are solid plantation wood, no mdf or engineered wood. Plantation wood, or Rubberwood, is cut from the trees that are grown to produce latex for tires. They found the wood was a nice, hard finish for furniture, and it is sustainable and eco-friendly, being replanted one for one, never depleting rain forests.
